1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC (“Ultimate Destination Tourism”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, customer support services, and all travel-related products and services offered by Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC.
By making a booking, purchasing a service, submitting payment, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not proceed with any booking or use of our Services.
The term “Services” includes, but is not limited to, sightseeing tours, attraction tickets, excursions, holiday packages, airport transfers, transportation services, cruise experiences, travel assistance, and other tourism-related products offered by Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC.
2. Booking and Reservation Policy
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC or the respective service provider. A booking shall only be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation or voucher has been issued.
2.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the booking process is accurate and complete, including:
- Full passenger names
- Contact information
- Travel dates
- Nationality details
- Flight information (where applicable)
- Special requirements
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC shall not be liable for losses, delays, additional charges, or service interruptions resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
2.3 Service Vouchers
Customers may be required to present either a printed or electronic copy of their booking confirmation when redeeming a service. Failure to provide valid booking documentation may result in denial of service without entitlement to a refund.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
- Online payment gateway (powered by Network International)
- Bank transfer (where applicable)
- Any additional payment methods displayed during checkout
3.2 Payment Requirements

We reserve the right to verify payment information and request additional documentation where necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorised transactions, or suspicious activity. Bookings may be delayed, modified, or cancelled if payment verification requirements are not satisfied.
4. Pricing and Inclusions
4.1 Pricing Policy
All prices displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be amended without prior notice due to factors including supplier pricing revisions, government taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, operational costs, and regulatory changes. Confirmed bookings shall generally not be affected by subsequent price changes.
4.2 Included Services
Only those services specifically listed under the booking inclusions are included in the purchase price. Customers should carefully review the inclusions and exclusions displayed on the product page before confirming a reservation.
4.3 Excluded Items
Unless expressly stated in the service description, prices generally exclude:
- Travel insurance
- Meals and beverages (unless specified)
- Personal expenses and gratuities
- Optional activities or upgrades
- Additional transportation not specified in the booking confirmation
- Any item not expressly listed under “Inclusions”
4.4 Pricing Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing error caused by technical malfunction, administrative mistake, supplier error, or system failure, Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reprice the affected booking. Where applicable, customers shall be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Service-Specific Cancellation Rules
Cancellation policies vary according to the type of service booked. The applicable cancellation terms are displayed during the booking process and form part of the booking agreement. Customers are advised to review the cancellation terms specific to their booking before confirming payment.
5.2 Customer Cancellations
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the type of service booked, supplier conditions, seasonal demand, cancellation timing, and whether a promotional rate was applied. Specific cancellation timelines and applicable charges are set out on the relevant product page.
5.3 Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it shall be processed through the original payment method, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times. Transaction fees, payment gateway fees, or bank charges may be deducted where permitted by applicable policies.
6. No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to arrive at the designated pickup point, attraction entrance, departure location, transfer meeting point, or activity venue at the scheduled time shall be classified as a No-Show.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall be guaranteed for unused services resulting from:
- Late arrival or failure to attend
- Missed transportation
- Incorrect travel information provided by the customer
- Failure to comply with operational instructions
Any exception shall be granted solely at the discretion of Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC.
7. Tour Modifications and Operational Changes
Tour schedules, attraction availability, operating hours, routes, and service inclusions may be modified due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Weather conditions and safety concerns
- Government regulations or traffic restrictions
- Public holidays or supplier operational requirements
- Maintenance closures
Where possible, suitable alternatives of comparable value shall be offered. Minor operational changes shall not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.
8. Child Policy
Child pricing, age classifications, and participation requirements may vary depending on the attraction, tour, activity, transportation service, or third-party supplier. Infant, child, and adult rates may differ and are displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.
- Proof of age may be requested at the time of service redemption
- Failure to provide valid proof of age may result in additional charges or refusal of service without refund
- Certain attractions or activities may impose minimum height, age, or safety requirements that must be observed
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC shall not be responsible for restrictions imposed by attraction operators or service providers.
9. Airport Transfer Waiting Time
9.1 Arrival Transfers
Drivers will generally wait up to 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time. Customers must ensure their contact details and flight information are provided accurately at the time of booking.
9.2 Departure Transfers
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may incur supplementary charges depending on vehicle type, location, and operational availability.
9.3 Limitation of Liability for Transfers
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC shall not be responsible for delays caused by immigration procedures, customs clearance, baggage collection delays, airport operational issues, or passenger unavailability. Failure to communicate delays in a timely manner may result in a No-Show classification.
10. Desert Safari Safety Disclaimer
Desert safari experiences involve outdoor and adventure activities that carry inherent risks. Activities may include dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, quad biking, and dune buggy rides (where applicable). By participating, guests acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
For safety reasons, the following guests are advised not to participate in dune bashing or off-road adventure activities:
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with heart conditions or serious cardiovascular issues
- Guests with neck, back, or spinal conditions
- Individuals recovering from surgery or recent medical procedures
- Guests with medical conditions that may be aggravated by off-road driving
Children may be subject to additional restrictions depending on applicable safety guidelines. Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC and its service providers shall not be liable for injuries, discomfort, illness, or losses arising from participation in adventure activities, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.
11. Attraction Ticket Validity
All attraction tickets, sightseeing passes, event tickets, and admission vouchers are subject to the validity conditions specified at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated:
- Tickets are non-refundable once issued
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or altered tickets may not be replaced
- Expired tickets shall not be extended
Attractions reserve the right to modify operating hours, restrict access, temporarily close facilities, or implement safety measures. No compensation shall be payable for circumstances beyond our control.
12. Travel Insurance
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC strongly recommends that all travellers obtain adequate travel insurance before commencing their journey. Coverage should ideally include:
- Medical emergencies and hospitalisation
- Emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellation and travel interruption
- Personal liability
- Lost baggage and travel delays
Unless specifically stated, travel insurance is not included in the booking price. Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring they have sufficient insurance coverage appropriate for their travel plans.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC acts as a travel organiser, booking facilitator, and intermediary for various travel-related products and services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- We shall not be responsible for loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or similar claims
- We shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, defaults, or failures of third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, attraction operators, cruise companies, or activity providers
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including UAE Consumer Protection Law Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023.
14. Force Majeure
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, service interruption, or inability to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, floods, earthquakes, or fires
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions, travel bans, or border closures
- Political unrest, civil disturbances, terrorist acts, or armed conflicts
- Airline disruptions, labor disputes, or utility failures
In such circumstances, refunds, compensation, credits, or reimbursements shall be subject to supplier policies and applicable regulations.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through our website and marketing channels — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, product descriptions, and website content — is owned by or licensed to Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
16. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Comply with local laws and regulations of the UAE and any destination visited
- Follow all instructions issued by guides, drivers, operators, and service providers
- Respect other guests and staff members at all times
- Maintain appropriate conduct during tours and activities
- Refrain from behaviour that may cause harm, disruption, or safety concerns
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or terminate bookings without refund where customer conduct is considered unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive.
17. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documents and meet all entry requirements applicable to their destination and any transit countries. Required documentation may include:
- A valid passport with sufficient validity as required by the destination country
- Valid entry or transit visas
- Return or onward travel tickets
- Travel permits or government approvals
- Vaccination certificates or health-related documentation where applicable
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC shall not be responsible for denied boarding, visa refusals, immigration rejection, refusal of entry, deportation, or missed services resulting from insufficient documentation.
Where Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC provides visa assistance services, such assistance is provided on a best-efforts basis only. The approval or rejection of any visa application remains solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration or government authority. Visa fees, processing fees, and government charges may be non-refundable once processing has commenced, regardless of the outcome.
18. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services provided, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions and negotiations within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
Where an amicable resolution cannot be achieved within that period, the matter may be referred to mediation, arbitration, or the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates in accordance with applicable laws.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted, modified, or replaced to the extent necessary to reflect the original intent of the parties.
21. Amendments to These Terms
Ultimate Destination Tourism LLC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
